Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AMPLI TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (“Ampli,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our websites (including ampli.net), documentation, client portal, and developer offerings such as our SDKs and APIs (the “Services”). This policy is designed for business customers and their teams.Contact: privacy@ampli.net

Scope

This policy covers information we collect when you visit our sites or docs, create or use an organization or developer account, integrate or call our SDKs/APIs, use the client portal, or interact with our support and sales teams. It also covers information you send to the Services for processing.

Controller vs. processor

We act as an independent controller for business contact data, website and portal usage, account administration, security logs, and billing records.We act as a processor (or sub-processor) for any end-user or transactional data your organization sends to the Services. Your organization is the controller and we process that data on your documented instructions and our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

Information we collect

Business contact and accountName, work email, phone, job title, employer, organization settings, roles, authentication preferences, and communications with us.

Operations and billing

Billing contacts, plan and usage, orders, invoices, tax details, and payment status. Payment credentials are handled by our payment processor.

Compliance and company identity

If enabled, company identity details and audit trails you configure for compliance and reporting.

Technical and usage data

IP address, device and browser metadata, referrers, pages viewed, timestamps, locale, SDK/API request metadata (endpoint, timing, error codes), portal/admin actions, and service diagnostics. We support multiple authentication methods, including email codes, social logins, passkeys, and wallet login.

Integration data you send (processor context)

Depending on your configuration, this may include end-user identifiers, public wallet addresses, transaction metadata, strategy statuses, and other fields required to operate enabled features. For funding, onramp, and KYC flows, we process identity and profile fields only to satisfy regulatory requirements and to enable funding.

Support content

Problem descriptions, logs or screenshots you share, and recordings where permitted and disclosed.

How we use information

- Provide, secure, and maintain the Services, including authentication, authorization, organization management, and developer tooling
- Operate features you enable, process API/SDK requests, and deliver portal/admin functions
- Monitor performance and reliability; prevent, detect, and investigate abuse or security incidents
- Provide support, onboarding, training, and implementation services
- Improve and develop the Services using aggregated or de-identified analytics
- Send transactional messages and product updates; send B2B marketing to work emails (you can opt out)
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect rights and safety

Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable)

We rely on legitimate interests (to provide and secure the Services, communicate with business contacts, and improve features), contract necessity (to perform our agreement), legal obligation, and, where required, consent.

How we share information

Service providers that help operate the Services (hosting/cloud, security and monitoring, logging, analytics, support tools, email delivery, billing and payments, compliance partners, communications)
Integrations or third parties you connect or instruct us to share with
- Corporate transactions (for example, merger or acquisition) with appropriate protections
- Lawful requests and legal obligationsWe do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA).

International transfers

We are a U.S. company and may transfer information to the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers and implement technical and organizational measures to protect data.

Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Unless you instruct otherwise or law requires a different period:- Account, contract, and billing records: term of the agreement plus up to 7 years- Security and service logs: 12 months- API request metadata: 180 days- Support tickets and attachments: 24 months- Marketing contact data: until opt-out or 24 months of inactivity- Processor data you send to us: per your configuration and our DPA; deleted within 90 days of contract termination unless longer retention is required by law

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encryption in transit, access controls, environment segregation, logging and monitoring, least-privilege access, and vulnerability management. We do not store or reconstruct private keys. Our MPC design ensures private keys never exist in complete form anywhere; users retain self-custody, including support for ERC-7579 smart accounts.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the website and portal. We may use analytics cookies to understand usage and preference cookies to remember settings. You can control cookies in your browser. Where required, we present a consent banner for non-essential cookies.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction/objection, and to opt out of marketing.
Requests for data we control (business contact, account, portal/admin usage): contact privacy@ampli.netRequests for data we process for you as a processor (end-user or integration data): contact your organization; we will support your organization under our DPA.

Children

The Services are for business use and are not directed to children under 16.

Third-party links

Third-party sites and services linked from our websites or docs are governed by their own policies.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. If changes materially affect your rights or how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice where required.

Data Processing Addendum and sub-processors

We offer a DPA for customers that send personal data into the Services. We also maintain a list of sub-processors that support the Services. Both are available on request at privacy@ampli.net and will be posted publicly when available.
